Project Cambria is a high-end virtual reality hybrid headset. It was first demonstrated by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg in May, but the company has not yet shown it to the general public. It is currently in the early stages of development, so it is still unclear what the final product will look like. While it may look like a laptop, it will feature eye-tracking and face tracking technology. It will also offer high-resolution full-colour video. As such, Project Cambria is expected to offer users an exceptional VR gaming experience without the need for a PC.

It is still unclear whether project cambria is the codename for Quest 3, but it will be compatible with Quest headsets. It will be more expensive than the Quest 2’s $299 price, and it will have mixed reality features. It is currently slated for launch in 2023, but we may be able to play it on it sooner rather than later.
Meta Cambria will likely have a streamlined design and thinner strap than the Quest line. While it hasn’t been confirmed yet, it will probably be more powerful than the Quest 2 and may rival Apple’s upcoming AR Headset. It will also use tracked hand controllers, something Meta has been working on for a while. In fact, the controllers have been completely redesigned in both functionality and design.
